As promised, I have committed to providing you health-related information that you and your family can find beneficial. I am constantly learning of new ways to reduce your stress, improve your nutrition, and motivate you to get moving! These three components: stress reduction, nutrition, and exercise, are vitally important to good health and I am constantly striving to provide you information related to them.     Dear Bettie,

    My name is Rabbi Hava Pell. We met at yoga class in September. I am finishing a 3 year certification in Food Addiction Counseling and have moved from 362lbs. to maintaining a normal weight of 140. I also use my Betti Pot daily and have for years!

    I have been coming to your classes with my sister (who kinda looks like me) for the past 10 years. We usually come up in August and always look forward to your classes.

    Our brother moved out to California this year to be a personal trainer and really loves the profession of helping people.
